About the Founder, Frank O'Rourke

An Accredited Instructor Frank is an accredited fitness professional, certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Instructor.  Frank holds a B.A. in Physical Education/Health Studies from the University of Oklahoma and currently serves as a board member on the Oklahoma Governors Council for Physical Fitness and Sports. Experience Frank has more than 14 years of successful sales experience distributing premium exercise equipment to health and fitness facilities for Nautilus, Cybex International, Free Motion Fitness, and Johnson & Johnson Health Management.  Other Positions Frank is currently the Executive Vice President of X-Cast Media, a new company dedicated to commercializing Digital Human Intelligence (DHI) technology.  In addition, Frank has also served as the National Sales Director for ClubLife, a subsidiary of International Data Group (IDG), the leading global technology media, research, and event company; Director of Sales & Marketing for Intelimation Technologies and sales consultant for World Strongman 2006 (IFSA).  He has been instrumental in 4 start-up companies in the fitness industry: Free Motion Fitness, ClubLife Media, Intelimation Technologies and Exerbotics.
