Jiu-Jitsu
Jiu-jitsu is the most ancient martial art and is the most complete art of self-defense. It's origin is first attributed to China, then India, Japan, and Brazil-where it became superior to all other styles of jiu-jitsu, making Brazil the world's center of this precious art. Being a grappling martial art, one uses natural body leverage to obtain dominant control on the ground. The practitioner performs the techniques with the objective of rendering his opponent into submission. The moves seek to neutralize, immobilize, and strangle the attacker using the opponent's strength for your advantage, well as leverage principles. Easy to master yet very effective.
